Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the live demo and the 7-day trial?
The live demo uses sample data and is available any time without signing up. The 7-day trial creates a dedicated workspace for your company so you can enter your own employee data.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
We send reminders by email, WhatsApp or Telegram before the trial ends. Afterwards the workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted — until you choose a plan.
How can we pay?
Virtual accounts for all banks, e-wallets, credit cards (Midtrans/Xendit), or corporate bank transfer with a proforma invoice. Full access is restored automatically once payment is verified.
Does payroll use the TER method for PPh 21?
Yes. Payroll uses average effective rates (PMK 168/2023) categories A/B/C with the December true-up, and BPJS rates can be updated without waiting for an app release.
Does it work where there is no signal?
Yes. Attendance is stored offline and synced automatically when the connection returns, with server-validated timestamps.
Can we move data from Excel or our old system?
Yes. Employee data can be imported from Excel, and our team can help migrate data from your previous system.
